AUTHORISATION AND LIMITS FOR ASSESSORS

WHEREAS

(A) The Company has an interest in having both Assessors operating under the authority of IOs and Assessors acting as independent parties on the Platform to foster the growth of the Platform for the benefit of all who use it;

(B) Assessors acting as independent parties can access a section of the Platform referred to as the 'Global Pool of Assessors';

(C) Independent assessors, as well as those operating under the authority of IOs, merely verify the merit of users interested in obtaining Micro-Credentials; they do not therefore issue Micro-Credentials themselves and therefore do not compete directly with IOs;

(D) It is clear between the Parties that the utilities for Assessors referred to in the PO are purchased by the Customer for parties operating under its authority.

Based on the above, the Company asks the Customer whether it accepts that the Assessors operating under its authority and whose activities are covered by the PO may also operate as independent parties, in addition to the activity carried out on behalf of the IO.

that Assessors operating under their authority and whose user accounts are covered by the PO may also operate as independent entities and join the Global Pool of Assessors.

WHEREAS

(A) The Company has an interest in having both Designers operating under the authority of IOs and Designers acting as independent parties on the Platform to foster the growth of the Platform for the benefit of all who use it;

(B) Designers acting as independent parties can access a section of the Platform referred to as the 'Global Pool of Designers';

(C) Independent Designers, as well as those operating under the authority of IOs, merely verify the merit of users interested in obtaining Micro-Credentials; they do not therefore issue Micro-Credentials themselves and therefore do not compete directly with IOs;

(D) It is clear between the Parties that the Designer utilities referred to in the PO are purchased by the Customer for entities operating under its authority.

Based on the above, the Company then asks the Customer whether it accepts that Designers operating under its authority and whose utilities are covered by the PO may also operate as independent parties, in addition to the activity carried out on behalf of the IO.
